It's not the best way to pull some cash but Delayed Financing is one of your options. The total amount of the loan obtained can’t exceed the purchase price plus closing costs.

Hello just bought a home in warren
bought the house cash 2 weeks needed major repairs . Almost done with repairs and wanted to see if their anyway to refinance this property without waiting 6 months or if anyone know a lender.
