Post: Best platform for tenants to pay rent!

I did a lot of research on this and it seems there are some things to consider before selecting a platform. 1) Are you only wanting to collect rent or do you want to tenants to apply, sign leases, request maintenance, etc through a platform? 2 ) Many platforms don't offer much in the way of true accounting features. Is this something you're interested in? 3) How easy is it to use -- both for you and the tenants? 4) Cost -- your annual cost as well as cost to receive payments. 5) Is the platform suitable for the size of your portfolio? 6) How easy-to-use is the platform's interface? Do they have apps? I downloaded the owner and tenant apps for several platforms to review them.
These are just a few of the things I considered. I went in not really knowing what I wanted from a platform but after a lot of research, the distinctions became clear.
I considered MANY platforms and ultimately decided on RentRedi. I've honestly struggled a bit getting things set up but the customer service has been very responsive and so far I'm pleased with it. I'm sending pre-qual questionnaires and have tenants actively applying with no issues thus far.
Post: I am done with RentRedi. Need suggestions on a PM software
