Together credit union doesn't require a seasoning period. My mentor uses them in STL and I plan to as well

Hey Everyone,

I'm beginning the process of buying my first property in Springfield, Illinois and am looking for contractors as I'm trying to find a fixer upper so I can do the BRRRR method. Anyone have experience or recommendations for contractors in Springfield? Looking to start interviewing/vetting asap.

@Kyle Fitzpatrick hey man, I'm a new investor planning to start buying properties in Springfield. Im holding off a few months ro see how the market plays out otherwise I would be buying properties now. I've talked to a few lenders in Springfield, which I'm assuming you've reached out to. Together Credit Union has offices in IL and MO and they might be able to help. My mentor in STL uses them to refinance her BRRRRs so I'm planning on using them as well. Hope this helps notnsure if this is exactly what you're asking for

Hi All,

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy through all that is going on!

I'm an investor in Phoenix Arizona and am looking to buy my first rental property in Springfield, Illinois (Springfield, IL - in case that catches more "key words"). I'm looking to connect with any Wholesalers in the area and Investor friendly realtors. If anyone has recommendations to any of these professionals or could also share experiences with contractors in the area that would be extremely helpful.

I'd also love to connect and hear from others experiences in the Springfield market.
