@Sarah Kensinger. Thank you!
@James Carlson. Thank you! Appreciate the insight about furnished finder. That is where we are advertising. And thanks for the link to your wife’s info!
Great point. Thank you.

Need advice on a property. We were operating as a successful STR. The laws changed. We operated as a mid term near the plaza for almost a year and are now struggling. We tried to sell and got minimal interest. For some reason we are getting minimal from midterm. Has anyone else in the area seen this? Any suggestions? Any midterm rental management companies in the area? Other thoughts?
Help! I’m looking for a helper in the Kansas City area. some one to plug in Wifi if a guest decides to unplug it, or just check on the house to make sure everything is in order. Any thoughts on where to find this person?

These people exist unfortunately....try to document everything in case it gets worse (and it may). Ask for pictures from them as proof. If it looks at all legit, send over a handyman and have them document as well.
If it keeps going south, offer them a partial refund and let them leave early.
I hate people asking for discounts...what kind of mindset is that? A price is a price. Do they go into a restaurant and ask for a discount on their steak dinner?
I've never heard of rent being debated. Sure wouldn't be on any of my properties/
Agree!

Interesting. I never thought of it that way.
