As for networking try connecting with the Pittsburgh REIA group. There was even a Washington County sub-group at one time - I'm considering resurrecting it as I do more Washington County than Allegheny.

 @jay belcher thanks alot man! I’m from out near bentleyville area . But originally from Washington. I know people who flip houses in Washington county but not to many that are in the rental side of things. Im still not exsactly sure what the whole thing is about “whole sale “ isn’t in this business yet . I mean i know what the term “whole sale “ means but how does that work in realistate ?

So I’m looking for an investor in the pittsburgh area, someone that has properties out side of pittsburgh as well in Washington county area . I would really like to know how the market is . And where are some places i can find deals. I pretty much rely on Zillow and i just know there has to be a better ways to find deals . Any suggestions ?? Looking for more single family and duplex homes . Looking to get more into rentals over flipping . Thinking long term

Okay I’m sorry let’s me rephrase sorry guys, i can get approved for a mortgage with no problem , but if i go to a sheriff sale i need money in hand Correct? So i was applying just for a personal unsecured loan since i don’t own my own house they would not approve me. I tried to put my truck as the Lien rather then a house and they weren’t having that to do. So if i just buy the home with a mortgage do i have to live in i the to rent it out ? I was under the impression if i took out a mortgage i could not rent it out?

But I’m having a hard time getting a loan from the bank since i do not own my own home . But due to my job field I’m not ready to purchase my own home due to not knowing where I’m going to end up. But I’m looking for other routes on how to get started ! Any suggestions ?!
