Hello my name is Shanice,

 I have recently become interested in real estate, and am currently looking at properties in Fayetteville, NC. I want to use  real estate as a passive income to have once I retire. I am currently in my twenties and want to start as early as I can. I am looking forward to learning and growing through bigger pockets!
