I went to Hampton University and definitely may end up back in the area if I get stationed in Norfolk again. Hope the area is treating you right.

Hello all! My name is Shannon Davis (avid podcast listener). Newbie currently residing in Fredericksburg, Va originally from Baltimore, Md. Purchased my first home in March of 2018 (a forclosed single family that I am currently using as my primary residence). So excited to learn and network in the DMV area. Intrests for the future are in multifamily and rental areas properties.  Also active duty military stationed in Quantico,Va. Thanks for reading!
