Thanks for your input. That's what is stopping me. Because I'm excited about investing and not selling I know I won't follow through either.  I feel like I'm getting so much information through all the books and podcasts and going through the first few steps of attempting to buy a house along with the dreadful inspection process that I'm learning enough  Thanks again.

I've been listening to the podcast for a year while saving up 20% for a down payment for my first house. I had a contract for two different condos at two different times but there were way too many issues with both after having it inspected. I waitress full time because I make alot of money and really want to invest in real estate properties to rent out. I'm wondering if I should get my real estate license. I'm not super interested in selling though, I would do it mainly for the education (along with all the books I'm reading and this podcast) as well as access to the MLS. I'm really looking for opinions from people on this site. Thanks!
