Good morning, BP! 

My partner and I are currently working on our first wholesale deal. We have buyers lined up that are interested, and we are just getting solidified on an agreed selling price with our seller. My question is, when we assign our contract to our buyer, do we collect a check from them at that signing, and then off they go with the contracts to complete everything with the home? 

Thank you in advance! This first deal has already been such a learning experience. It is incredibly exciting to be starting off the year like this, and a big thanks to BP. So much help on here!
