Hello I’m a newbie I’ve been doing a lot of reading and research on investment properties and how to get started. I’m recently unemployed due to my job closing its doors. I have personal capital but I was looking to get a loan and use that debt to start. Would that still be possible without employment or should I use my own funds to finance my first project?
