@Account Closed  Although this is not my thread, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your response. I have been interested in wholesaling for awhile and wasn't sure where to start. Some say build your buyers list first others say find properties first. You just showed me an easy way to do both. I went to my county assessors website and I see a ton of properties in my area that were sold without a company and some with borrowers listed more than once (I'm hoping/assuming some of these were all cash).  I am truly excited to get off and actually drive around and get some addresses as well as contact an agent. So once again thanks for the thread!! :)

Hello all!

I am new to BP and trying to get started into real estate. I wanted to know if anyone could go over the pros and cons of renting a home while you also have it listed for sale. Thanks in advance
