If I may piggyback off of this, then I'd like to message each of you as well :D

I'm in a similar position, though I work in real estate and am local to Atlanta. My hold is just based on not knowing enough about the areas around Macon and Warner Robbins. I see good opportunity throughout, but am gearing up to go on a drive around - particularly near the colleges.
