I agree with Russell Brazil. If a person isn't willing to scale up to the premium subscription, that doesn't qualify as a scam. Pay the $297 and you'll get all the features of Jerry Norton's Flipster software. I've used it and its really good but I wasn't able to afford $297 per month so I didn't keep it, but I highly recommend it.  I've found Jerry Norton to be a straight shooter and that goes a long way with me.  And if you requested a refund within the 3 day cancellation period as stated in the Terms you will receive a refund.

Hi, Glenn. Well, I've used both so let me give you my 2 cents.  They both have their strong and weak points. Flipster is a great software but I subscribed to the $97 plan so what I go was very limited in terms of the number of leads you are able to download per month as opposed to Propstream.  I can't remember the exact number of leads I  got per month with Flipster but it is ridiculously low compared to Propstream.  This is the reason I canceled the subscription and the only reason.  Propstream gives you 10k per month download with the $97 plan but does not offer the contracts or the other step-by-step process Flipster offers. Also note PropStream is constantly adding new features and searches "at no additional cost" which makes me stay with them for now. A mobile app for DFD was recently added as well at no additional cost.  Jerry Norton's software is all-inclusive meaning it does all the steps from A-Z for you if you can afford the most expensive plan. Also, in that package you would get the 10k downloadable searches as well as a built-in CRM to track everything. I like that about it and may go back to Flipster when I'm able to afford that plan. Being a one-person operation I know this would work best for me if everything was laid out for me step-by-step and keep of record of leads and followups. Both plans offer a trial so give them both a whirl according to what you can afford and decide which works better for you.
