Of course I would let the homeowner know exactly what I was doing - it would all be outlined in the Master Lease.......I don't operate on dishonesty. And yes Dave Tilney was the Meet Up presenter.

I just saw Dave at an Irvine meet up and got very interested in his program, unfortunately; I was not able to attend that weekend. I am meeting with a friend for lunch next week that did go to Vegas though so I am curious to see what she has to say about it.
