Hello everyone, I’m currently in the Bay Area and I was interested in buying a cash flow property at $300k or less in the Bay Area. Does anyone have any suggestions on good locations in this price range? I’m open to condos, manufactured housing etc.

@Ryan Landis thanks for your response! that makes sense that renting out furnished units would be more work for PMs. Even if I find someone who is willing to do it I don’t know whether the additional work would be worth it. I might be better off selling my furniture and then renting out my condo long term.

@Chad Hale thank you for your response, you make some good points. It would be a long term rental and it sounds like long term rentals are easier with non furnished units. I probably would stay away from air bnb since I’m in a condo community on the second floor and might get complaints...
