Hello, I am looking to receive a quote for the rehab of a potential investment property outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Does anyone know any available general contractors that could do that for me?

What does passive investing look like in this case? That would definitely be a route that I am willing to take.

I wanted to get started in real estate but I have not only have zero connects but I am constantly traveling between the USA and Europe about every 6 months. I don't know where to begin and I have plenty of capital to get started I just don't know where to begin because I am pretty sure that approximately 100% of my work for the investment will have to be done remotely. Part of me feels like I have to be in person to start searching to houses but I know that isn't necessary. I just would like to know where to begin for someone that constantly moves every 6 months because of work.
