@Susie Ivanov So with Seller financing id be paying her for the property every month then she'd pay part of that back in rent. Where would be the part where I make my money?

@Bud Gaffney Yes they would need to pay rent and expenses. I'm thinking maybe the BRRRR but might be a problem if they are still loving there.

So my neighbor lady is older and can't maintain her property so it's starting to fall apart. I am trying to figure out the best way to buy her house but also let her keep living there.But I need to make a good coc return as well to keep my investing flowing.Any ideas?
