Hi I'm Drew Bradford I live just outside of Nashville, TN and work at a Hospital in downtown Nashville. I am currently studying everything I can get my hands on, as well as, helping my girlfriend obtain her real estate license. My current obstacle is finding a great deal, and the learning curve that will come with buying my first property. If anyone in the area can use my help feel free to connect with me hard work is my specialty in exchange for the experience. I welcome any advice and all networking opportunities. I am interested in house hacking(FHA), flips, and rental properties if I can build enough capital from a few flips.
