WOW.. just got off work to read all of this. You guys are awesome. I appreciate the tips, words of wisdom and the help. I am very raw and new to the whole REI game, but I appreciate you all reaching out with input and help. After reading it's a clear 100% anonymous answer(at least in the replies) that it is never too young and that most wish they started earlier. Stumbled upon this app today and damn I'm glad I did. Best wishes to you all! Stay in contact!

@John Cassel
John, I appreciate that very much. My parents say the same thing all the time that they wish they would have started earlier.

Hello all,
I am very new to Real Estate but the idea of investing and owning to rent/ fix & flip is very intriguing to me. I am a current student athlete in college in West Palm, and my background and nature makes me very interested in investing and even potentially being an Agent. I am curious as to when most of you think “it is the right time” to invest. And in regards to a loan, what should you look for? Yes, I am very new. But all help is appreciated! I look forward to growing my network in any way possible. Best wishes!
