I am still looking for the best place to find connections or information on where I can get pre-foreclosures. So as of now not very well. How about you?

It all depends on for your trying to do with it and strategy is for purchasing it and if it is going to be a short or long term hold

Victoria, 

You need to check with the city that your property is located in to see they require it. I'm in Utah and I just have to pay for the business license, it 's not to expensive.
