I'm starting a new drip campaign. This time it's probate list. What does it mean when the court issues "notice and information to heirs and devisees?" Does that mean the case is closed and the property has been transferred to a new owner?

I sent out 259 yellow letter mails.

I set up a VA account because I work 12 hr shifts at night. Its 6 pm here in Alaska. I will call them in the morning. I tend to freak out on calls. I needs more practice. I hope they are motivated.

I hope we get our first deal. We have been sad coz its been awhile and we still havent made our first deal.

I got 10 calls from my yellow letter campaign. Going to give them a call tomorrow.

Got my first caller 1 day after sending those letters out. It's 1 bed 1 bath ranch home with 6000 sq ft of land. He said to call back when the wife gets back from the lower 48. I know that the market is looking for 3 bed 2 bath units. Anyone have an idea if there will still be somebody interested on buying?

@Ronnie Edge I bought this list and told them to filter it by out of state and in state absentee owners. I made sure they are free and clear with complete addresses. I'm still on th trial phase and will see my response rate. I'll definitely update you.

Hi everyone, I took the courage to send my first batch of 295 absentee in and out of the state of Alaska. Equity: 41-100% The list will be used for wholesaling purposes. I plan to follow up on them every 2 weeks x4 and see the results. I bought my list from yellow letters complete. Any suggestions?
