@Josh Parra Thanks for the tips! Talking to past clients is something I hadn't thought of. Simply asking for references seems obvious now that you mention it.

Wow! 

The updated house looks amazing.  I especially like the main living room with the picture window and the huge deck; nicely done.  

I want to do a flip next year but only a cosmetic flip.  I'm curious, how did you find good contractors?  You mentioned, "Some of these issues came about after we started construction so the budget obviously changed."  Care to elaborate? 

Impressive to say the least.
