Okay...a little about myself~
I am from San Luis Obispo, California and graduated 2 years ago from Cal Poly with a business degree and a concentration in real estate development/finance, which is really cool because I have had great interest in all forms of real estate for about 10 years. I started buying positive cash flow residential properties about 5 yrs ago and got quite a collection going all over the state and in Washington. I was a partner in a foreclosure company for the last couple of years, which led me to get my broker's license and meet my present boss(es) at Trustee Sales, where I was bidding on properties. I have always had interest in the finance side of real estate and hard money lending brings together a lot of what I want to learn more about and a lot what excites me about real estate and it's continuous, dynamic state. I am a creative person who naturally thinks outside of the box and this is obviously a great fit. I am thrilled to be in this industry and with a good company and with amazingly nice, ethical people doing good business. Aside from that fun, I am an outdoorsy person who rides bikes a lot (road and mtn), swims, trail runs, back-packing, and working on my pilot's license. Anything outside and fun and I am in~
