We found a great company Flat, www.flathomecare.com, that helps will all aspects of your home. It's an annual subscription of $499, but they come out twice a year for home checkups (perform overlooked maintenance & perform a whole home assessment) and you have access to their Home Management concierge so help book everything for you.
They help identify problems before they become more costly and they help with other items as they arise, I just text them and they are able to provide pricing and a schedule. Whenever I've used Angi or Nextdoor, just getting a contractor to call you back is a pain.
I hope this helps! I've never seen a company like Flat - it's exciting to see some or the large tech companies are looking to bring their services to the residential home owners.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an on-call handyman who can do various maintenance projects around a property e.g., such as painting, moving, repairs, updates for a multiunit residence? Located starting in Evanston, but later expect in Chicago and surrounding areas.
