I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’m looking to explore live-in property management or caretaking opportunities, ideally with luxury or high-end rental properties. I have a background in human resources, training, and customer service, which I believe would allow me to manage property operations, handle guest or tenant relations, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of a residential property.

Here’s a bit more about me:

• Experience: Over 12 years in HR and training, with a focus on team management and customer service. I’ve developed a strong skill set in operations, managing people, and delivering exceptional service.

• Interest: I’m particularly interested in live-in positions where I can manage property maintenance, assist with guest or tenant needs, and ensure the property is always in top shape. I’m open to working in a variety of residential settings, including luxury apartments, high-end properties, and possibly even Airbnb listings.

• Flexibility: I’m comfortable living on-site and would love the opportunity to both contribute to the property’s success and enjoy a stable living arrangement.
