Prices are gone up recently, last 6 months I see more than 15% raise. I see Buford area has some cheaper price with good rentals. Planning to purchase one

I recommend townhomes with no rental restrictions in cumming/Alpharetta/suwanee area. Cost varies between 265 -330K, and rent varies between $1650 - 2250
