Newbie in Vermont seeking a local mentor. I searched Bigger Pockets and online for investment clubs. The only one (Champlain Valley REIA) doesn't seem to be very active. They don't have a website and their Facebook page looks slim. Any suggestions?

I'm new here and reading the Bigger Pockets' Ultimate Beginner Guide.  The Guide mentions the article in my Title and mentions the article can be found on the Bigger Pockets website; although, I can't find it.  Any suggestions?  Thank you!
