Does anyone know of any real estate meet ups in the Saskatchewan Canada area in next couple months.

Is home inspection costs an expense that is factored in the wholesale fee? It just seems like an expense that can add up If your deals dont follow through and your doing alot of deals. Is there a way to get that money back if deal falls through. Can it be put up buy one of your buyers? Any ideas guys/ladies?

Is it legal to wholesale a foreclosed property in Canada?  I know that you can wholesale a pre foreclosure  but can you wholesale a foreclosed property?
