My name is Shelley.  I have 20 yrs experience in tax preparation, and formerly did accounting work for my father when he owned a 5 unit rental property.  I am planning to pursue a real estate agent & broker license.  May partner with a friend to form a property management company and do some investing and flipping in the future.
