Thank you.  It seems the HUBZU (auction company) and Auction properties are sitting longer than the other properties on the market.  I don't know if the market in the rest of the US is booming or not. But we've looked at well over 200 properties ("Driving for Dollars"), put in offers or just can't seem to get to the properties fast enough.  Not sure what else we can do other than just keep plugging away.
