Thanks for your reply. I know to get home insurance. I was asking which one to get landlord or homeowners insurance. Also for the llc, how do I get that as a business? Also can I switch the title to a llc name after I buy the house or I have to do it before.

Hello I'm on active duty orders for the military in Japan. The only problem being stationed there is because of my status I can't buy and own property as military personnel. But I wanted to buy property in the states or another country. I wanted to know the best way to do that if I can't travel and actually see the property.

Hello,

I wanted to know when I renovate a home what are the best ways to add its value?

What are the main places to renovate?

What are the best materials and appliances to renovate (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, basement etc.) that are durable and cost effective?

What sites or books can give me detailed information.

Also what is the best way to furnished a home for a profit?
