Nice Joe! Did you did some prior research before the auction to see if their was any additional liens on the land? 

Hi Ronald, I am no where near on the amount of the properties you have however, I try to run my business like I have as many as you! For that reason I use an application called Stessa for business  accounting. For tenant communication, leasing, maintenance I use  innago. However, at your amount you may also want to check out Buildium or appfolio which i have heard great things.

Hey Cade, great question. For me, when I am at a meetup I tend to ask "what do you do in real estate?" or "what do you plan to do next?" I am extrovert, so based off the answers.. here i come with a flood of questions haha. However, I feel I can be memorable by  by being authentic and showing my passion about the conversation we are having. 

- population growth

- companies  coming over

- chick fi la , coke, home depot (headquarter) ... ey, at&t (large offices) .

- large healthcare scene (emory, cdc)

- multiple amazon distributions throughout metro

-  major universities Georgia state, georgia tech, emory

- busiest airport in the world

- museums, cinema scene, nightlife, food, breweries and multiple parks.

- solid cost of living

- home to major sport teams falcons, braves, dream, hawks , atl united. 

- close to other major cities.. Birmingham , Nashville, Charlotte

- lots of development .. belt-line , airport city

- solid cash flow opp... with possible tremendous appreciation
