Try Traveling Nurses, Traveling doctors or and traveling medical profession website and they actually allow you to post your property. The Hospital usually pays for the rent for these traveling professionals. 

Hi there, I'm looking for anyone who can direct me to where I can find out more about real estate wholesaling in Texas. I'm currently in Houston and would like to learn more about the steps of wholesaling and possibly working with someone step by step for my first wholesale. I am a licensed real estate agent and have access to MLS just need to learn more about the wholesaling market in Texas....
