Does anyone know of any good BRRRR lenders. Credit score high 680-700. No work in the past few years because of disability. So no tax returns available.

Jacci Kunkle... Thank you for explaining. If I may ask a question. Do banks allow assignments? For instance if I have a property under contract and find a buyer and assign my interest over. If they are getting a traditional loan will the lender honor my assignment and pay me at closing? 

Just purchased a home. Used Zestimates as a guide. Zestimate said 285K House appraised for 270k. I would use the comps provided by  Zillow that are within 1 mile of the property. That will give you a better guestimate on what your property should be worth.
