So what if your interested in wholesaling a property that's listed by an realtor what do you do in that situation do you owe the realtor fee than. If you just thought it was a great deal.

Yea I would ask the same thing and I would get it under a contract and put it up for resale or lease option.

I agree it sounds more a business type deal and I would treat it as a business dealing.
