@Salvatore Lentini I’m currently sourcing my first which will be a house hack multi family. So far what holding me back is finding the right property. I’m going to start a direct mail campaign. If I had to pick a specific list to market to what would you suggest?

I heard on a podcast that someone found success with marketing to high equity owners who owned before 2000.
