I'm on that track. Specifically wo asking for leads I guess I'm asking where I can go to find them? I'm not looking for properties but for projects to join. I have the cash but not experience or all the cash I would need to fully finance on my own. I would rather work with someone or a group that is more experienced. More of an investor role I suppose. Is that something that exists?

I am just getting into this and my end goal is definitely flipping /owning/managing myself, right now though I'm looking for direction on where I can find projects to invest in on a smaller scale (10-12k ?) that will still see a return. Any related advice appreciated.
