Yea it sounds a bit complicated. I’m thinking I should let my husband purchase the home we’re renting now in his own and I purchase the new construction on my own 🤔 Sound like a win-win?

I’ve been renting a home for a year and the owner recently asked if we wanted to buy the home. I would like to and rent it out instead of staying there. So my question is can I buy the home I was renting and still purchase my new construction home? Please help!!
