Hello

I am investor from Israel. I am high tech person and doing real estate investment in my country for last 10 years. I would like to invest in Atlanta GA.
Currently my focus is Decatur GA.

I am new in real estate in US looking to buy and hold a few houses in Atlanta. Logal Agent requested me to sign exclusive agreement. How can i sign such agreement before I know the agent and if we can work together.
