Getting mixed info on being able to rent or airbnb second home (vacation home) when not occupied.

Is it possible with financing as a second home and be able to rent or airbnb the place when not occupied?

This may be due to covid 19, but I was told sellers agent is only allowing myself (buyer) and closer (notoriety person) at closing. Is something like this allowed?

Yes inspection was done with minor fixes which seller agreed to fix.

Appraisal came back at the sale price 2 weeks ago, not sure covid 19 impact on appraisal- if any.

Currently in the process of purchasing primary residence. Current delays due to courts being closed due to covid 19.

Offer of full price with sellers assist was accepted at beginning of covid 19 concerns.

Given covid 19 concerns on market, would you consider asking for a lower sale price or any further negotiations to reduce risk for buyer?

Is it common for appraisal to come back exactly as the offered sale price?
