Post: How to find co-owners for pre-constructions projects

Hey guys I am based out of the GTA are and invest in real estate. I frequently get pre-construction project deals that I invest in with partners. I was wondering how I could go about finding more partners? If there any forums or private networks you guys could recommend that would be great. Also if anyone here is interested please feel free to message me as well.Thanks.

For the last 2 years there have been many companies popping up in both US and Canada that specialize in fractional ownership of real estate. They are kind of different than a REIT as they allow you to invest in a single property and for the most part promise higher returns. Pretty much treating a house like a company and allowing you to buy stocks of a property. I was wondering what people's thoughts are? Would you ever invest through such a company?
