The market is still good here in Kansas City. If you buy it right, rehab it right, manage the property well. Even the sales market is still good. I have seen some price drops in MLS but overall still good.

@Luke Cullinane depending on what your lease says. If you provided an official notice to vacate and they do not, it might be time to file for an eviction unfortunately.
