I saw this house for sale which says " House has no title, it's deeded to the land so you don't need one." Did I see anything unusual here? Will I be inviting any issues if I buy this property?

Hello BP, My name is Shreejan and live in Morganton,NC. I'm a full time IT Engineer,small business owner and lately a real estate investor. After reading Rich dad poor dad and following BP podcasts for months, I finally closed my first deal on two duplexes in Newton,NC. I guess I'm very much motivated and obsessed with the idea of Real estate investing lately.
