I'm an unlicensed Investor working under a business. If an unlicensed person brings me a buyer for my PA in a wholesale deal ,I can pay them a referral under their BIN or EIN.

However, If a licensed agent requests commission for a deal where there already is an agent assigned in contract, and we are unwilling to negotiate commission, how can I legally pay her a referral fee for bringing in a buyer?

I assume that was the type of auction you were referring to...

Thanks Steve, we do have that, and should be very helpful!

Hi,

Does anybody know of a good auction website that has listings in MN? Also that allows users to see sold listings?

I've viewed priorityposting.com, lpsasap.com and reconstruct.com, and have not been able to find listings in MN on these sites.

I've came across sites that have Mn listings, but am specifically looking for one where you can see properties that have sold.

Thanks in Advance!

Indus Investor Club, Edina. Many of the sites say that the group starts at 6 pm, and many say 10 am. Does anybody know for sure?? The contact information for the group is invalid.

I know that it all depends on how active you are in your marketing. Yes, many use this technique to jump start their RE business, but that is because they move on to even bigger things such as short sales, lease options, rehabbing etc. However, I also know many people who've stuck with wholesaling for years. Income potential can be huge, it mainly depends on your marketing. I can refer you great resources for wholesaling.
It seems like most people who wholesale use it to jump start their investing careers, but I haven't heard of many people who do this for a long time. Is that attributed to burnout, lack of consistent cash, or what?
