@Rohan J. good luck I think Coopers advice is spot on. I do this in Colorado every time. Are you based out of CA then? or are you going to KS for this rehab? If so, I'll be in KS 14-19 or so, it would be nice to meet up.

I'm set on investing in kansas, but wont be in town until the 14th-18th. I'd like to meet up and learn about the market in kansas and the good areas. Looking for multifamily in or near olathe.
