I've been in the film industry for over 30 years as a lighting at technician in south Florida, I've been listening to the podcast for a couple weeks and I like what I hear about investing in real state. I want to retire in 10 years and learn as much as I can to have a steady cash flow when I retire, or I might like it so much that I’m not even retired. I'm interested in buy and hold single or multi family, maybe some rehab.
