How is this possible?  I tried my address were I live there is 99% no crime and the numbers of crime shows very high how is that possible

What is considered a good number and what is a bad number?

I dont relay understand your supposed to put fist in the address or first click on Crime?

I am trying to make my first investment by buying a house in nj areas  and flip it.

How can I know which eras are good areas and which ones aren't like crimes?
