Thank you Julio and Wale. During my educational journey, I would like to understanding various creative methods of real estate investing, but not sure where to start. I know many usual things like BRRR, wholesaling, crowdfunding, house hacking, and REITs (almost like crowdfunding).

But I'd like to learn more about other methods that I'm overlooking and can invest in while house hacking and attending networking events.

Thanx so much for the warm welcome as well and the support guys

Thanx Ryan. I'd love to connect when you're available.

Thanx Kyle. I'm trying my best, which is all I can do for the time being. My plan is to fully rent out the house I have and house hack the next property while still investing in real estate through other avenues. I'd like to check into using a property management company for my first property, then I'll add it to my second. I'm gonna create an LLC when I get ready to buy my next property as well :)

What's up everyone!

I'm Simone. I'm a novel investor and aspiring entrepreneur who wishes to follow in some of my family's footsteps by using real estate to growth wealth and some present/future stability. I currently house hack with a SFH, but I'm researching ti decide what my next RE project should be based on my preference and market demands. Currently, I'm focusing on building capital, saving, and investing to have more cash on hand until my next project, so for now, I'm simply educating myself on tax codes, financial investing, syndications, accounting, and creative ways to get involved in real estate investing.

I'm in the Austin area, so if you're interested, let's meet up and talk real estate and ideas to build wealth.

Ciao everyone :)
