G'day this is my first post. I am a new investor looking to restart my multifamily investment career in the Chattanooga market. I am flying in for 2 days in late Feb to see the area and network. I have been studying on realtor.com for several months what is available in multifamily (2-4). How does one go about sourcing off market properties in the Chattanooga market?
