Hi BPters, good news I found an investor to do a residential property development. This is for buying a vacant land and build a house that we can hand over to an estate agent to sell when it is complete. My question is I need a due diligence guide line to make sure this will be a good start to property development. Where or how do I get such due diligence, the area of interest Pretoria East.

Hi Bhekizwe, when i asked around neighbors told me the owner might be arrested so i guess ringing the prisons around is an option as well but Thanks!. i will go back to the deeds office and check for other properties and local municipality for taxes and rates.

Hi i have spotted a vandalized three bedroom house in Pretoria, took address and got a deed printout from the deeds office. The problem is i only got the property owners name and Id no. , what they paid and when they bought the property on the deed information printout. My question is how do i find the property owner with only the id no. and name, no cellphone number nothing? The property is in South Africa/ Gauteng in the city of Pretoria, Mamelodi to be precise.
